About the event
Making bread dough can be a challenging process, but in this workshop, you will learn the basic steps involved. The techniques covered can be applied to all types of yeast breads, with minor variations for each. The instructor will also demonstrate various shaping techniques for bread and rolls.
By the end of this workshop, you will have a solid understanding of how to make both yeast and non-yeast bread. With this knowledge, you’ll be able to experiment confidently at home.
On the day of the workshop, we will make:
- An easy loaf
- No-yeast bread (such as chapatti or flatbreads)
- Flavored rolls of your choice (olive, tomato, or multi-seeded)
