Hands on experience of making hot cross buns from scratch. Learn how to make sweet dough and transform it into the traditional sweet bun and take them home to family and friends. A 2 1/2 hour work shop with a demonstration to start followed by a hands on session in a relaxed atmosphere. With tea and coffee provided.
